The People Side of Change - more info

Individual Change Management - Individual change management is the process of providing tools and training to employees to enable them to manage their personal transition through change. This includes training for managers and supervisors to equip them with the tools they need to assist their employees through the change process.
Organisational Change Management - Organizational change management is the application of a systematic process for managing change across an organization. It is the top-down, manager’s approach to taking an organization through the transition from today to a new future state.
Applied behavioral science uses a tool called the ABC Analysis to study what precedes or triggers a behaviour (A’s), what the behaviour actually is (B), and what the consequences (C’s) of it are to the performer, and then taking action to make sure the most effective consequences are used to reinforce the behaviour. These and other techniques have been translated into easy-to-use tools for managing change at any level, and in large-scale organisational change such as introducing new technologies organisation-wide.
